Payments, couriers & COD

Egyptian e-commerce runs on cash on delivery as much as cards, and COD is where store money leaks quietest. We integrate payment gateways, connect couriers, and build the reconciliation that shows which orders were delivered, collected, and actually paid out.

This is the part many store builds treat as someone else's problem. Our group has moved freight since 2003 — delivery is not an abstraction in our order flows.

We run stores after we build them: managed hosting and monitoring, SLAs and preventive maintenance, and changes shipped as the catalog and campaigns change. A store isn't finished at launch — it's finished when it's boring to operate.

Do you build on an existing platform or custom?

Both — the recommendation is part of the scoped reply, not a doctrine. An off-the-shelf commerce platform is right when your catalog, payments, and shipping fit its assumptions; a custom build is right when they don't. How much does an online store cost in Egypt?

There's no rate card, because a two-hundred-product store paying by card and a marketplace running COD, couriers, and warehouse handoffs are different animals. Can you integrate couriers and cash on delivery?

Who runs the store after launch?

Your team, on the admin screens we hand over — or us. Managed hosting, monitoring, SLAs, and preventive maintenance are standing services, and we run the group's own platforms, so "after launch" is a place we already live.
